Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our returns and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are not eligible for return. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To make a return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious traces of use
A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We do not accept back fresh and frozen products and buyers should agree to this condition before purchasing online in case of food shortage, buyer must return it at his own expense and intact, then we will refund without courier costs.
Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your return is approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing returns
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced products are eligible for return. Sale items are non-returnable.
Stock exchanges
We only replace items that are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to office@afroeuro.pl and send your item to Ciercwierza 82, 05-080 Warszawa.
Presents
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit worth the refund. Once we receive your returned item, your gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to forward it later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of your refund.
Delivery and returns
To return a product, please send the product to Ciercwierza 82, 05-080 Warszawa.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
